The nearest beach is vast and every type of water sports, sand yachting, boules and horse riding take place on the huge expanse of sand There is an 18 hole golf course within an easy drive of the property. The picturesque village of Locquirec is a short drive away with its great restaurants located around the harbour. There is a sandy beach and lots of boats coming and going whatever the tide.

The property has recently been renovated by its English owners and provides comfortable accommodation with one double bedroom on the ground floor and shower room and WC with a further double and twin rooms on the first floor and additional shower room and WC. There is a separate dining room. There are steps up to the front door and steps down to the enclosed garden, at the rear.
