This house is situated in a large garden with interesting trees and shrubs. It is located up a drive, off a quiet single track lane. It is about 3 minutes drive from the beach and beautiful Pink Granite Coast. If you would like to walk it should take you about 20 minutes to get to either a large sandy beach, a small sandy beach, rocky islands with hidden beaches beyond which you can walk to a low tide - the choice is endless. Close by there is also a quiet cove with lots of boats on moorings and boat launching facilities. It is quite spectacular when the tide goes out - you can walk for miles.
