Central heating and electricity are included in the price. However, please bring your own bed linen and towels. All beds have duvets.

The ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom: the bed is a king size memory foam and the bathroom has a sunken bath. Both rooms have glorious views out over the garden and countryside.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: a twin bedded room with ensuite shower room and a WC just outside the bedroom door; a further bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC and hand basin: the fourth bedroom/additional sitting room has a single sofa/day bed.

Upstairs bedrooms have wonderful views over the countryside and sea beyond. There has been every care and attention to detail in choosing tasteful décor and good quality beds.
