This house is situated in a “piece of paradise” between Perros-Guirec and Paimpol, 1km from the village of Penvenan. Less than five minutes drive from Port Blanc, Bugueles and the beautiful, spectacular Pink Granite Coast. The coastline is beautiful: turquoise sea with white sand and pink rock.

The French House has been renovated extensively in a marine theme in keeping with its closeness to the coast: it is set within a beautiful one acre, natural garden with distant sea views (1km away). Outside the front entrance is an original washing area where Breton folk use to come and do their weekly washing. There is a natural area of garden, set with Bull rushes and reeds: for this reason the property is not suitable for visitors.

There is an open plan hall way and sitting room with dining table and chairs, Free to View English TV, DVD and video player. Double doors lead onto the terrace which is equipped with gas BBQ, tables and chairs for outdoor dining and entertaining.
