Location:

The Mill is situated a short drive from the small village of Kerbors which has an epicerie and bar. Five minutes drive away is the town of Treguier with its many bars, restaurants and cafe. There is a large marina, a great weekly market and a musical extravaganza on one night a week, outside in the square by the Church, during July and August where Breton music and dancing takes place.

The Mill lies in a small hamlet of properties in a very tranquil location. It has a large garden and field, the latter has sea views. There is a picnic table in the field which is great for having a picnic or a glass of wine to admire the view of the coast in the distance.

There is a terrace which is great for outdoor dining. There is a stream and pond so the property is not suitable for very young children.

There are great walks from the property to the coast and along paths and across fields.
