The Mill at Kerbors is set in a beautiful, tranquil garden with a stream running through and there is a pond in the garden. For this reason the property is not ideal for very young children, but great for older children who would enjoy playing in the stream. There is a large field with magical views of the beautiful Pink Granite Coast.

The Mill was actually an old mill workers cottage and the remains of the original working mill are slightly further upstream where just the gable end remains.

The Mill has a very large sitting room with a dining area at one end. The fabulous decor of tranquil beige and turquoise is complemented by deep pile cream rugs. The furnishings are of a high standard with comfortable striped sofas and two chairs. The wonderful fireplace gives added appeal for out of season holidays. 32" LCD TV and DVD player.

There is a separate kitchen which is well equipped with all modern kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. There is a utility room with large additional fridge freezer and electronic state of the art washing machine.

There is underfloor heating and the property is double glazed.

Upstairs there are two king size bedrooms and one twin room together with a family bathroom. Downstairs there is an additional WC.
Please note that one bedroom window does not have a blind/curtain.
